Gabe is the Chief Commercial Officer of Galvanize. He is an accomplished executive leader with nearly 25 years of success in the MedTech industry. Before joining Galvanize, he served as Executive Vice President and Global Division Head at Olympus, leading the $2.2B Surgical & Interventional Solutions Division and overseeing more than 8,000 employees worldwide. He also held multiple senior leadership roles at Medtronic, Covidien, and Cardinal Health, consistently delivering strong financial performance, market-shaping innovation, and high-performing teams. Known for his strategic clarity, and commercial acumen, he brings deep expertise in scaling businesses, developing markets, and building cultures of accountability and growth. He earned an MBA from Babson College and holds a BS from Tennessee State University.
